This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a cozy bar lounge, and attentive staff. They went above and beyond when I forgot my sim cards. Highly recommend for comfort and service. I'm coming back for another city break!

    friendly staff
    beautiful ambiance
    stained carpet
    scented cleaner
    no balcony seating

Beautiful ambiance and friendly staff made for a pleasant experience. The spacious room featured comfortable mattresses and good lighting, making it easy to work or relax. However, the carpet appeared stained and in need of replacement, detracting from the overall cleanliness. Additionally, the scented cleaner used by housekeeping triggered my allergies, and the balcony had no seating to enjoy the view.

The location is absolutely unbeatable! 🌟 Just steps away from Old Town. Our room was comfy but the hotel needs to work on insulation. we could hear everything. Overall, a memorable stay despite some noise issues.

    great view
    friendly staff
    local heritage
    chilly pool

Had a fantastic time here with friends! We enjoyed exploring the local heritage and did a walking tour in Santa Fe. Experienced a Flamenco dinner show. The restaurant had great food, and the hotel was conveniently located near so much to do. Our room had a great view and was clean and comfy. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

The pool was a bit chilly in the evenings. it would be better if it were warmer for adults, but kids might not mind.

Had a fantastic time at Hotel Albuquerque At Old Town! The rooms were spacious and clean, and I loved the comfortable beds. The hotel offers a great location, just a short walk to all the attractions in Old Town. We also enjoyed a Flamenco dinner show right at the hotel which was a unique experience!

The pool could be a bit chillier in the evenings.

Enjoyed the convenient location near Old Town and the friendly staff that made me feel welcome. However, the room was a bit dated and had some noise issues from the surroundings, combined with subpar cleanliness that made my stay less comfortable than I'd hoped.

    elegant ballroom
    vibrant decor
    welcoming ambiance
    accessible dining
    limited options

I adored the vibrant decor that truly reflected New Mexican culture, especially the elegant ballroom with its stunning Native American-inspired ceiling and hand-forged fixtures. The common areas were beautifully maintained, offering a welcoming ambiance for seniors like myself.

More accessible dining options would be appreciated.

this was a fantastic wedding celebration. the hotel exceeded my expectations compared to my last stay in albuquerque. everything was within walking distance, and the vibrant old town atmosphere made it even more special.

    slow elevators

We stayed for 4 nights and loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after our busy days exploring. The beds were super comfy and the view from our room was lovely, making our stay even better. Just a heads up, the elevators could be a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin our experience at all! 😊
